Heidi lives in Anchorage, Alaska, on the beautiful grounds of a beautiful church, in a quiet little house. She is a lay person who leans toward the contemplative life, writing quite a lot, and interested in exploring graphic and book design, fiber arts, and loom design. As much as possible she embraces and lives the Rule of Benedict (a short and practical book by St. Benedict, a very wise abbot, that was written around 530 AD), which she has discovered is a way with heart.
She is working on saying less and listening better.
